Fractional Chief of Staff & Integrator for Companies Running on EOS®

Our Background
Rootstock's owner, Jay Kelly, has a passion for the nearby North Carolina vineyards and wineries, and a passion to help others. A rootstock is the joining of a healthy root system to a fruit bearing scion. By intentionally taking the best features of both, one new plant is made allowing for the newly formed planting to flourish. The rootstock is the foundational support to the plant, and this is the inspiration for our name. At Rootstock, we partner with you to help you flourish.
Jay's history of helping others spans over 20 years of working with executives across domains in high growth, rapidly evolving organizations - from boutique to Fortune 250. A Master Generalist, he leverages that capability and a high EQ to solve complex business problems. Skilled at forming collaborative partnerships, and driving cross functional initiatives globally, he quickly becomes a Trusted Advisor and mentor. Jay can map a customized solution that is tailored to your specific needs, to recover and reinvest your time where it is most needed.
